CSIR-4PI Technical Assistant Recruitment 2024 process for the vacant positions has been planned in a manner discussed in the table below. CSIR-4PI Technical Assistant Recruitment 2024: Selection Process

• Candidates must use a valid email ID to register on the company’s official website. This email ID and mobile no. must be maintained throughout the recruitment process.
• Sign Up to obtain a new User Login ID using the above email ID by generating an OTP.
• After completing registration, log in by using the user ID and a password.
• Read all the instructions and fill out the form accordingly.
• Before the fee payment, kindly review the entered details.
• Pay the required application fees through the Online / Offline mode as specified in the Application Fee section.

Selection Process: Technical Assistant

A) The selection process for the Technical Assistant and Technician is split into 2 stages as given below.

1. Stage I – Trade Test: Initially all the applications will be scrutinized and candidates will be shortlisted for Stage I, as per the procedure followed by the CSIR-4PI Committee. Candidates who qualify for the Trade Test will be called for the Stage II process.
2. Stage II – Written Exam: There will be a competitive written examination comprising Paper I, Paper II, and Paper III. Paper I will be qualifying for Stage II. Paper II and Paper III will be evaluated for only those candidates who score minimum threshold marks in Paper I.

The final Merit List will be drawn based on the marks scored by the candidates in Paper II and Paper III.

B) The selection process for the Driver is split into 2 steps as given below.

1. Stage I – Trade Test: Initially all the applications will be scrutinized and candidates will be shortlisted for Stage I, as per the procedure followed by the CSIR-4PI Committee. Candidates who qualify for the Trade Test will be called for the Stage II process.
2. Stage II – Written Exam: There will be a competitive written examination comprising Paper I. Paper I will be evaluated for only those candidates who score minimum threshold marks in the Trade Test.

The final Merit List will be drawn based on the marks scored by the candidates in Paper I.
