Selection Process for Union Bank LBO Recruitment 2024

The selection of the Union Bank LBO Recruitment 2024 may be comprised of the Online Examination / Group Discussion / Documents Verification & Screening of Applications / Personal Interview. All / Any of the above procedures may be implemented for the selection of the candidates for the LBO Selection as per the UBI Selection Committee.

Online Examination – An online exam may be conducted comprising 200 marks with details of the exam paper as below. Candidates are required to score cut-off marks to be qualified for the Personal Interview. Depending on the no. of candidates eligible for the Online Exam and the no. of posts available, the cut-off marks will be decided by the selection committee. The marks scored in the online exam will not be disclosed to the candidates.

Language Proficiency Test – The candidates who have not studied the Local Language of the State applied for, during the 10th / 12th Std, will have to qualify for the Language Proficiency Test to be eligible to answer the Personal Interview. The candidates who have scored cut-off marks in the Online exam only will be eligible for the Language Proficiency Test.
Personal Interview – The candidates who scored minimum cut-off marks will be qualified for the Personal Interview. The Total marks allotted for the Personal Interview will be 100. Candidates are required to score the minimum marks required in the Personal Interview, to be qualified for the final selection.

A Final Merit list of the candidates who have scored more than the minimum marks in the Online Examination and the Personal Interview will be only considered to be in the final merit list.
