The Selection procedure of the IDBI Bank Executive Recruitment 2024 consists of below steps:

  1.  Online Test: The candidates have to answer an Online Test comprising 120 Marks. The minimum cut-off marks for qualifying in the Online Test will be decided by the Bank committee. The candidates qualifying for the Online Test will be eligible for the next selection process.
  2. Personal Interview: The candidates qualifying for the Online Test will be called to attend a Personal Interview. The PI will be of 100 marks. The candidates have to score a minimum of 50% marks to qualify for the PI. The final merit list of the candidates will be drawn considering the marks scored in the Online test as well as the Personal interview.
