HCL Special Recruitment 2024: Selection Process

Process of Application:

  • Candidates must use a valid email ID to register on the company’s official website. This email ID and mobile no. must be maintained throughout the recruitment process.
  • Sign Up to obtain a new User Login ID using the above email ID by generating an OTP.
  • After completing registration, log in by using the user ID and a password.
  • Read all the instructions and fill out the form accordingly.
  • Before the fee payment, kindly review the entered details.
  • Pay the required application fees through the Online / Offline mode as specified in the Application Fee section.

Selection Process:

A) The selection process for the Senior / Deputy Manager is split into 2 steps. The weightage of marks for both the steps is as mentioned in the table.

B) The selection process for the Graduate Engineer Trainee / Management Trainee is split into 2 steps. The weightage of marks for both the steps is as mentioned in the table.

  • The candidates must score a minimum of 30% marks to qualify for the Personal Interview round.
  • Those who qualify will be called in the ratio of 1:5 for the Personal Interview.
  • In case of any ties then tie-breaking principles will be Marks in CBT, Qualifying Examination Marks, 12th Marks, 10th Marks, and Age of the candidate.
  • The selected candidates will be placed under Training / Probation for the period decided by the GCL Management depending on the Performance of the individually selected candidate during the training / Probation period.
  • Upon the successful completion of the Training / Probation period, the candidates may be appointed to their respective designations as per the company rules and regulations.
