Head (Product, Investment & Research) (01 Post): Graduation / Post Graduation from a recognized Institute. 12 Years of related experience in a Financial Institute. The selected candidate will draw a CTC of 135 Lakhs with a fixed pay of Rs. 99,62,000/- annually. The candidates must be within the age limits of 35 years to 50 years.

Zonal Head (04 Posts): Graduation from a recognized Institute. 15 Years of related experience in a Financial Institute. The selected candidate will draw a CTC of 88.10 Lakhs with a fixed pay of Rs. 60,00,000/- annually. The candidates must be within the age limits of 35 years to 50 years.

Regional Head (10 Posts): Graduation from arecognizedd Institute. 12+ Years of related experience in a Financial Institute. The selected candidate will draw a CTC of 66.40 Lakhs with a fixed pay of Rs. 45,00,000/- annually. The candidates must be within the age limits of 35 years to 50 years.

Relationship Manager – Team Lead (09 Posts): Graduation from arecognizedd Institute. 08 Years of related experience in a Financial Institute. The selected candidate will draw a CTC of 51.80 Lakhs with a fixed pay of Rs. 35,00,000/- annually. The candidates must be within the age limits of 28 years to 42 years.

Central Research Team (Product Lead) (01 Post): Post Graduation in Economics / Commerce / Finance / Accountancy / Business Management / Statistics / Business Administration from Government recognized University or Institution or CA/CFA. 05 Years of related experience in a Financial Institute. The selected candidate will draw a CTC of 61.20 Lakhs with a fixed pay of Rs. 45,00,000/-annuallyy. The candidates must be within the age limits of 30 years to 45 years.

The selected candidates for the SBI Recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers 2024 will be employed on a 5-year contract period, further renewable for a period of 4 years, at the sole discretion of the bank.

Selection Process

Shortlisting: The bank selection committee will decide upon the shortlisting parameters and accordingly the shortlisting of the applicants will be done.
The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
The interview will be comprised of 100 marks. The qualifying marks for the interview will be decided by the bank.
The CTC negotiations of the candidates will be done of the candidates in order of the merit list drawn as per the interview marks score.
The final merit list will be drawn as per the marks scored in the interview.
