Registration & Post Application Process
- All interested candidates need to apply through online mode only. No other mode to apply is available. Before applying for any of the posts, candidates must go through the General Terms & Instructions mentioned in the advertisement notification.
- Candidates have to register to obtain a User ID and Password to login to apply for any post.
- Once registered candidate can apply directly to the post. After successfully submitting the online application, the candidates have to take a hard copy of the online form and send it to the OIL.
- Candidates will be informed regarding the Written Test schedule by email (which they mentioned in the application), likely to be conducted in Delhi. No TA will be paid to any candidates for attending the written test.
- **Candidates must use the same email ID and mobile number (used during the registration process) throughout the recruitment process, as all communications regarding the recruitment process will be communicated through these mediums only.
Selection Process
- The candidates have to answer a Computer Based Test (CBT).
- The paper will be of an objective nature of a total of 100 marks with a 90-minute duration (weightage – 85%).
- The candidates who qualify for CBT will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview (weightage – 15%) in a ratio of 1:5 of the available posts.
- The final Merit List drawn will be based on marks of CBT score & the Personal Interview as per the weightage mentioned.
- The selected candidates have to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical test (PEMT) to be conducted by OIL Hospital.
- Appointment of any candidate for any post is subject to Medical Fitness approval by the Physical Fitness Standards Criteria for various posts by OIL.
