Post Details of National Seed Corporation Recruitment 2024

1) Deputy General Manager – Vigilance (01-Post): MBA (HR) / PG Degree / Diploma in Industrial Relations / Personnel Management / Labour Welfare / MSW / MA – Public Relations / LLB from a recognized University / Institution. Related Experience of 10 years in Govt. / PSU organisation out of which 5 years in Vigilance in Managerial Position. The pay scale applicable will be Rs.70,000/- to Rs. 2,00,000/- with gross emulements of approx. Rs. 1,41,260/-. A candidate applying to this post must be within the age of 50 years.

2) Assistant Manager – Vigilance (01-Post): MBA (HR) / PG Degree / Diploma in Industrial Relations / Personnel Management / Labour Welfare / MSW / MA – Public Relations / LLB from a recognized University / Institution. Related Experience of 02 years in Govt. / PSU organisation. The pay scale applicable will be Rs.40,000/- to Rs. 1,40,000/- with gross emulements of approx. Rs. 80,720/-. A candidate applying to this post must be within the age of 30 years.

3) Management Trainee – HR (02-Posts): MBA (HRM) / PG Degree / Diploma in Industrial Relations / Personnel Management / Labour Welfare / HR Management from a recognized University / Institution. A monthly consolidated stipend of Rs. 57,920/- will be applicable. A candidate applying to this post must be within the age of 27 years.

4) Management Trainee – Quality Control (02-Posts): MSc. (Agri.) / Seed Technology / Plant Breeding and Genetics from a recognized University / Institution. A monthly consolidated stipend of Rs. 57,920/- will be applicable. A candidate applying to this post must be within the age of 27 years.

5) Management Trainee – Electr. Engineer (01-Post): BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized University / Institution. A monthly consolidated stipend of Rs. 57,920/- will be applicable. A candidate applying to this post must be within the age of 27 years.

6) Senior Trainee – Vigilance (02-Posts): MBA (HR) / PG Degree / Diploma in Industrial Relations / Personnel Management / Labour Welfare / MSW / MA – Public Relations / LLB from a recognized University / Institution. A monthly consolidated stipend of Rs. 31,856/- will be applicable. A candidate applying to this post must be within the age of 27 years.

7) Trainee – Agriculture (49-Posts) / Trainee – Quality Control (11-Posts) / Trainee – Marketing (33-Posts) / Trainee – Agriculture Stores (19-Posts): B.Sc. in Agriculture with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University / Institution. A monthly consolidated stipend of Rs. 24,616/- will be applicable. A candidate applying to this post must be within the age of 27 years.

8) Trainee – HR (16-Posts): A Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University / Institution. A monthly consolidated stipend of Rs. 24,616/- will be applicable. A candidate applying to this post must be within the age of 27 years.

9) Trainee – Stenographer (15-Posts): 12th Std pass with a Stenographer course from a Govt. recognized Polytechnic or Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 60% from a recognized University / Institution with a certificate in Stenographer course. A monthly consolidated stipend of Rs. 24,616/- will be applicable. A candidate applying to this post must be within the age of 27 years.

10) Trainee – Accounts (08-Posts): A Graduate in Commerce (BCOM) with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University / Institution. A monthly consolidated stipend of Rs. 24,616/- will be applicable. A candidate applying to this post must be within the age of 27 years.

11) Trainee – Engineering Stores (07-Posts): Dip. in Agriculture / Mech. Engineering OR ITI in Fitter / Diesel Mechanic / Tractor Mechanic with 1-year Apprenticeship Training in any Industry & passed NAC exam by NCVT. A monthly consolidated stipend of Rs. 24,616/- will be applicable. A candidate applying to this post must be within the age of 27 years.

12) Trainee – Technician (21-Posts): ITI in Fitter / Electrician / Welder / Diesel Mechanic / Tractor Mechanic / Machineman / Blacksmith with year Apprenticeship Training in any Industry & passed NAC exam by NCVT. A monthly consolidated stipend of Rs. 24,616/- will be applicable. A candidate applying to this post must be within the age of 27 years.

National Seed Corporation Recruitment 2024 - Selection Process

The selection process of the National Seed Corporation Recruitment 2024 consists of the following steps:

  • Computer-Based Test—All the shortlisted candidates have to attend a CBT of 100 Marks, carrying 100 questions and 90 minutes in duration. The candidates scoring a minimum of 35% of marks in the CBT will be qualified for the Interview Round and document verification.
  • Interview – The candidates will be called for an interview based on the marks scored in the Interview.
The final selection of the candidates for consideration on the merit list will be based on the marks scored in the CBT and Interview with a weightage of 30:70 respectively. The final merit list will be prepared considering the document verification of the eligible candidates.
