DS Recruitment 2024: PAY LEVEL DETAILS OF ALL THE POSTS
Goa Shipyard Ltd. Vacancy 2024: Selection Procedure
- Eligible candidates will be called to appear for a written test.
- The written test may be a Computer Based Test or a Pen Paper Based Test.
- Candidates scoring qualifying marks (50% or above) will be shortlisted for the next round.
- The Management depending on the no. of candidates may decide to shortlist candidates in the ratio of 1:5 for the next round.
- The Interview will be of 15% weightage. The qualifying marks will be 50% or above.
- The candidates who qualify in the Interview round along with the written test marks aggregate will be considered for drawing the Final Merit List of candidates for the appointments.
- The selected candidates will undergo an “ON JOB Training” for a period of 1 year.
