GAIL India Ltd.: Exciting Diploma Job Opportunities 2024 – Multiple vacancies exist in GAIL, which will be employed regularly. The candidates must take the utmost care in deciding their candidature for any eligible post & finish only after reading all the post requirements in detail.

1) Junior Engineer – Chemical (02) / Mechanical (01): Candidates with a Diploma in Engineering in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical /Petrochemical Technology may be eligible for a Jr. Chemical Engineering post. For the Jr. Mechanical Engineers post a candidate must be a Diploma holder in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Manufacturing Engineering. Also experience of 8 years, post qualification is necessary in the respective disciplines. The salary grade applicable to these positions will be S-7, with a pay scale of Rs. 35,000 – Rs. 1,38,000/- that includes Basic pay and Dearness Allowances. Candidates within 40 years of age are eligible to apply for these positions.  

2) Foreman – Electrical (1) / Instrumentation (14) / Civil (6): The educational requirements for these posts are a Diploma in Engineering in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics / Diploma in Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control or Electronics/Electronics & Instrumentation or Electrical/Electronics Engineering. For a Civil Foreman, a Diploma in Civil engineering is mandatory. Any category above demands 2 years of experience in the relevant field. 

3) Jr. Superintendent – Official Language (5): The Candidates securing a 3-year Degree course in Hindi Literature with one of the subjects as Engish during graduation are only eligible to apply for this post. Candidates with 3 years of related experience in Hindi-to-English conversion & vice-versa of documents & reports in various organizations may apply.

4) Jr. Chemist (5): The candidate has to possess an M.Sc. in Chemistry with 2 Years post-qualification experience in Quality Control Laboratory.

5) Jr. Accountant (14): The candidates must be intermediate or equivalent in CA / ICWA or M.Com. They must also possess 2 years of post-qualification experience in Finance / Accounts departments.

The candidates selected for the posts at Serial Nos. 02 to 05 will be eligible for grade pay of S-5 with a salary scale of Rs. 29,000/- to Rs. 1,20,000/-. The candidates within age limit of 28 years may apply for these posts.

6) Technical Assistant (3): The candidate must have a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with 01-year post post-qualification experience in a Quality Control Laboratory.

7) Operator – Chemical (73): The candidates required for these posts must have a B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry & Maths subjects. They must have 1 year of experience in Chemical Discipline.

8) Technician – Electrical (44) / Instrumentation (45) / Mechanical (39) / Telecom & Telemetry (11): These candidates must have a Matric pass with an ITI trade / National Apprenticeship Certificate in related trade. They must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the related discipline.

9) Operator – Fire (39) / Boiler (8): 10+2 with 06 months Fireman’s Training course & Driving License for Heavy Vehicle and 2-year post qualification experience in Fire & Safety Discipline may apply for the Fire Operators post. For Boiler operator candidates must have a Matric pass with ITI trade / National Apprenticeship Certificate & 2nd a Class Boiler Attendant Certificate of Competency Or B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry & Maths with subjects with 2nd Class Boiler Attendant Certificate. They must have a 1-year experience in the Operation & Maintenance of Boilers.

10) Account Assistant (13): The candidates with B.Com. graduation having 01 years of experience in Finance/Accounts may apply for these posts.

11) Business Assistants (65): The candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/BBS/BBM) with 01-year post qualification experience in the role of Finance / HR / Accounts / Contract & Procurement / Stores / Procurement / Admin / Clerical / Marketing functions may apply for the posts in this category.

The candidates selected for the posts at Serial Nos. 06 to 11 will be eligible for grade pay of S-3 with a salary scale of Rs. 24,500/- to Rs. 90,000/-. The candidates within age limit of 28 years may apply for these posts

The Large Pvt sector Organisation must be a listed company in NSE or BSE Or must be an organisation with more than 500 employees on a regular role Or having a annual turnover of more than 250 Crores during a financial year. The proof of work experience in a Pvt Sector Company of such a repute must be produced during document verification.
