Post Details of Commscope Goa Multiple Recruitment 2024

  • Engineer – New Product Introduction (NPI): Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in related curriculum such as Electrical or Electronics, ETC Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4+ years experience. Candidates must be familiar with Engineering Drawings. Knowledge of Fiber cable termination along with basic knowledge of Autocad / Solid Works.
  • Engineer – Process: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of related experience. Must have a working knowledge of RF equipment (PNA & VNA) and their supporting adaptors and cables (3-120ghz), calibrations of RF equipment, and basic knowledge of Autocad / Solid Works. 
  • Coordinator – Productions: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of related experience. Must have the skill and knowledge of manufacturing/production operations with a proven track record in a leadership role. Must have proficiency in SAP and other basic computer applications.
  • Team Leader: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 2-5 years of Production Floor experience. Must have a high level of skills and knowledge of manufacturing/production operations in a leadership role. Knowledge of the Cable Assembly Production line will be an added advantage.
  • Manager – Sourcing, MRO: BE / BTech in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering with a minimum of 12-14 years of related experience with 3-5 years in a Managerial Role. Must have high-level knowledge of RFQ and Collecting Quotes, Preparation of Comparatives, CAPEX Procurement (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Administrative), Expertise in SAP MM Module and S4HANA, Supplier Relationship Management, Compliance and Risk Management, etc.
The pay scale for the selected candidates will be best as per current industry standards. The pay package will be decided at the time of the Personal Interview and will be dependent on the individual’s skills and experience.
