Post Details: BEL Recruitment 2024 for Assistant Managers & Officers

1) Asst. Manager – (HR) E-III Grade (06): The candidates must have an MBA / MSW / PG Degree / PG Diploma in Human Resource and Management / Industrial Relations / Personal Mangement. Post-qualification experience of 4-5 years is required to apply for this post. The applicants must be within the age limit of 32 years. The selected candidates will draw a basic salary in the range of 50,000 – 3% – 1,60,000 with approx. CTC of 15 Lakhs.

2) Probationary Officer – (HR) E-II Grade (05 Posts): The candidates must have an MBA / MSW / PG Degree / PG Diploma in Human Resource and Management / Industrial Relation / Personal Mangement. The applicants must be within the age limit of 25 years. The selected candidates will draw a basic salary in the range of 40,000 – 3% – 1,40,000 with approx. CTC of 12 Lakhs.

3) Asst. Manager – (Legal) E-III Grade (03 Posts): Degree in Law (LLB / BL) from an Indian-recognized university Or Integrated 5-year course in Law. Preference will be given to a candidate with LLM. Post-qualification experience of 4-5 years is required to apply for this post. The applicants must be within the age limit of 32 years. The selected candidates will draw a basic salary in the range of 50,000 – 3% – 1,60,000 with approx. CTC of 15 Lakhs.

Officer – (Legal) E-I Grade (02 Posts): Degree in Law (LLB / BL) from Indian recognized university Or Integrated 5-year course in Law. Preference will be given to a candidate with LLM. The applicants must be within the age limit of 40 years. The selected candidates will draw a basic salary in the range of 30,000 – 3% – 1,20,000 with approx. CTC of 9 Lakhs.

6) Asst. Manager – E-III Grade Or Deputy Manager E-IV Grade (02): The candidates must have a Bachelors & Masters Degree in Mass Communication & Journalism / Marketing Communication / Visual Communication. Post-qualification experience of 4-5 / 8-9 years is required to apply for this post. The applicants must be within the age limit of 32 / 36 years. The selected candidates will draw a basic salary in the range of 50,000 – 3% – 1,60,000 Or 60,000 – 1,80,000 with approx. CTC of 15 / 17 Lakhs.

7) Project Officer – Content Creation (01 Post) (Max. 4 years): MBA in Specialization from a recognized University with 2 years experience in audio/video content creation with hands-on editing software experience. The applicants must be within the age limit of 32 years. The selected candidates will draw a fixed salary in the range of 40,000 – 55,000. In addition to the fixed salary Rs. 12,000/- per year will be allocated towards other allowances along with a retention bonus of 1,00,000/- at the end of 4th year.

8) Project Officer – Social/Digital Media Management (01 Post) (Max. 4 years): MBA in Specialization from a recognized University with 2 years experience in Social / Digital Media Management. The applicants must be within the age limit of 32 years. The selected candidates will draw a fixed salary in the range of 40,000 – 55,000. In addition to the fixed salary Rs. 12,000/- per year will be allocated towards other allowances along with a retention bonus of 1,00,000/- at the end of 4th year.

9) Project Officer – Graphics Designing (01 Post) (Max. 4 years): MBA in Specialization from a recognized University with 2 years experience in the latest visual graphics designing tools and software. The applicants must be within the age limit of 32 years. The selected candidates will draw a fixed salary in the range of 40,000 – 55,000. In addition to the fixed salary Rs. 12,000/- per year will be allocated towards other allowances along with a retention bonus of 1,00,000/- at the end of 4th year.

10) Project Officer – Event Management (01 Post) (Max. 4 years): MBA in Specialization from a recognized University with 2 years experience in event management. The applicants must be within the age limit of 32 years. The selected candidates will draw a fixed salary in the range of 40,000 – 55,000. In addition to the fixed salary Rs. 12,000/- per year will be allocated towards other allowances along with a retention bonus of 1,00,000/- at the end of 4th year.
