Deputy General Manager – Company Secretary ( 01 – Post ): Membership of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Minimum 3 years experience in the NSE & / BSE Listed company. Pay Grade – E7 in the range of Rs. 1,00,000/- to Rs. 2,60,000/- IDA, monthly Gross Salary will be Rs. 1,61,820/-. The applicant must be within the age limit of 55 years as of 01-10-2024.
Deputy Manager – Survey/R&D/M&C ( 03 – Post ): Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields (Mining/Civil Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce with PGD in Materials Management). Pay Grade – E2 in the range of Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 1,60,000/- IDA, monthly Gross Salary will be Rs. 71,920/-. The applicant must be within the age limit of 40 years as of 01-10-2024.
Assistant Manager – Official Language ( 04 – Post ): Masters Degree in Hindi / English from a recognized University with relevant experience in technical/scientific literature. Pay Grade – E1 in the range of Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 1,40,000/- IDA, monthly Gross Salary will be Rs. 53,940/-. The applicant must be within the age limit of 35 years as of 01-10-2024.
Management Trainee – HR (04 – Post ) / Finance (04 – Post ) / Law (02 – Post ) / M&C (01 – Post ): 2 Year PGD or Diploma in HR/Personnel for HR Trainee. For Finance Trainee Passed in CA / ICWA / OR 2 Year Full Time MBA. For Law Trainee candidates must have a Degree in Law. For M&C Trainee 2 years PGD in Materials Management is mandatory.
