  1. Clinical Psychologists (2 Posts): Institute of Psychiatry & Human Behaviour under Department of Public Health. Master’s degree in Psychology from a Govt. recognized institute. The pay scale will be under the pay matrix Level-11.
  2. Assistant Professor (1-Post): Goa Medical College under Cardio Vascular & Thoracic Surgery. Qualifications included in the 1st or 2nd schedule or part 3 of the 3rd schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. The basic pay scale will be Rs.15,600/- to 39,100 +6,600/-. The pay scale will be under the pay matrix Level-11.
  3. Mamlatdar / Jt. Mamlatdar / Vigilance Officer (1-Post): Personnel Department. Degree in Law from a recognized University. The pay scale will be under the pay matrix Level-7.
  4. Lecturer in Physics (2-Post): In Government Polytechnic under the Department of Technical Education. Master’s Degree in Physics with a minimum of 1st Class from a recognized University. The pay scale will be under the pay matrix Level-9A.
  5. Assistant Professor (15 posts): In Government College under the Department of Higher Education. Asst. Professors in Hindi / Organic Chemistry / Computer Science / Harmonium / Konkani / Inorganics Chemistry / Physics / Commerce / Economics. Master’s Degree in a relevant subject from a recognized University. The basic pay scale will be Rs.15,600/- to 39,100 +6,600/-. The pay scale will be under the pay matrix Level-10.
  6. Legal Officer (1-Post): Town & Country Planning Department. Degree in Law from a recognized University. The pay scale will be under the pay matrix Level-7.
  7. Technical Officer (2-Posts): Department of Handicraft, Textile & Coir. Degree / 3 Years Diploma in Handloom Technology / Textile & Handloom Technology from a recognized institute or University. The pay scale will be under the pay matrix Level 6.
  8. Assistant Director of Education (1-Post): Min. 2nd Class Master’s Degree from a recognized university. Degree in Teaching from a recognized university with 10 years of Teaching Experience in High school / Higher Secondary School. Initial Pay will be Rs.15,600/- to 39,100 +7,600/-. The pay scale will be under the pay matrix Level-12.
